Matt Piscitello Interisle Bio

Matt Piscitello contributes copywriting and editing for Interisle’s Insights substack and key yearly deliverables, such as the 2025 Cybercrime Supply Chain Study. As a freelance writer, Matt also keeps tabs on policy developments that have global impacts for cybersecurity. Matt continues to publish articles on cybersecurity, cybercrime, DNS, and cyber policy.

Prior to joining Interisle, Matt was a Senior Associate at Zeichner Risk Analytics, LLC, where he managed projects in the federal government that leverage existing and emerging technologies to develop cutting edge solutions to network security. This work included the creation, articulation, and visualization of notional architectures and conceptual frameworks for guidance documents for a diverse set of stakeholders in the public and private sectors. He also supported private sector clients with research on privacy policy, Internet of Things, cybersecurity, and other technology issues.
